According to Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 in the Arab Republic of Egypt, consumers have the right to return or exchange goods under specific conditions and circumstances.

Cases Where Return or Exchange is Permitted
  1. Product Defect: This refers to a manufacturing or technical defect that makes the product unusable, meaning it was not caused by the customer. This can be verified through product inspection or a demonstrative video confirming the defect.
  2. Product Non-Conformity: When the product description on the website or in the device datasheet (if available) doesn't match the actual product, either in appearance or performance. This doesn't include customer misinterpretation of the datasheet or technical description on the website.
  3. Change of Mind During Grace Period: Products can be returned without stating reasons within fourteen days from the delivery date if delivered to the customer's location, or 14 days from the purchase date if collected from a Zerotech branch or shipping company collection point. The product must be unused, in its original condition with packaging, box, and all accessories.
  4. Delayed Delivery: If a product purchased from the company website is delayed without justification for three days or more beyond the specified delivery date, a return request can be made, provided the shipping company hasn't set an appointment where the customer was absent or the customer hasn't postponed receipt themselves.
Return or Exchange Conditions 

Return Period

The return period is 14 days from the receipt date, proven by the shipping bill for delivered products or purchase invoice for products collected from company branches as listed on the website.

Return Fees

If the customer decides to return a delivered product, the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer's refund, equivalent to the shipping cost shown on the website at purchase. This fee is waived if the customer delivers the product themselves to the nearest company branch.

Invoice

The invoice or shipping bill must be present to calculate the return period from the receipt date. Missing, lost, or damaged invoice nullifies the entire return and exchange policy and voids the customer's warranty rights.

Return or Exchange Exceptions 

The following products are excluded from the return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Cables specially cut for customers
  2. Devices exposed to any form of misuse, excessive moisture or wetness, extreme temperatures, high electrical current, liquids, and breakage
  3. Removal or alteration of the serial number of the device, its accessories, or packaging
  4. Use of non-original accessories or attachments
Return or Exchange Steps 

If a defect or problem is discovered, contact page management immediately to begin product return or exchange procedures according to the above and through the following methods:

  1. Send an email as registered on the website with all product details, invoice, and receipt date
  2. Call the service numbers listed on the "Contact Us" page and provide the order number, shipment details for return, and receipt date.
